All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

• In original, unopened packaging
• Undamaged and unused
• Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality control, we cannot accept returns on:

• Special order or custom-made parts
• Items marked as “final sale”
• Electronics with removed anti-tamper seals
• Any product that shows signs of use or installation attempts

Step-by-Step Return Process

• Your refund is processed
• Your exchange is being prepared for shipment
• Or if there are any issues with your return

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days (processing times vary by bank)
• PayPal: 3-5 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error. For exchanges, we’ll cover standard shipping costs for the replacement items.

Exchange Process

For exchanges, please specify your desired replacement item in your return request. We’ll ship your new parts as soon as we process your return, typically within 1-2 business days after approval.

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

• All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
• Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
• Refunds will be issued minus original shipping costs
